Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Notice of Infringement – Claim

A signature of the copyright owner or their representative.
Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed.
Identification of the infringing material and sufficient information to locate it.
Contact information of the complaining party including name, address, email, phone, and fax number.
A statement that the use of material is unauthorized.
A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.

Section 17 USC §512(f) outlines penalties for misrepresenting information in an infringement notification. Takedown notices should be sent through our Contact page via email for quick attention.

It’s important to note that we may share the identity of the complainant in a copyright infringement claim with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you agree to this.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you want material restored to the site after receiving a takedown notice, a counter notification must be submitted in writing to our DMCA Agent. It should contain:

Your signature.
Description of the material taken down and its original location.
A statement confirming mistake or misidentification led to the takedown.
Your name, address, and consent for jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy on copyright infringement and identify repeat offenders through DMCA notices. Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated.
